Retention

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from the date of last contact. Active client records are kept for the duration of the service relationship and up to three years after its conclusion for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 6).

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, match you with suitable properties, coordinate viewings, support your tenancy, and communicate with you about our services. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising purposes unrelated to your enquiry.

Third-party services

We may share information with property owners and landlords as part of the rental matching process, only with your awareness and agreement. We use Google Analytics (if consented via the cookie banner) to understand how our website is used — this data is anonymised and aggregated. We do not share identifiable personal data with advertising networks.

Personal data is stored on password-protected systems. We do not store financial data on our website. Access to client records is limited to Canopyhome team members who require it to fulfil the service. In the unlikely event of a data breach that affects your rights or interests, we will notify you without undue delay as required under the PDPA.

Our website uses essential cookies for basic functionality and, where consented, analytics cookies to understand visitor behaviour. You can manage your cookie preferences at any time via our Cookie Policy page. Withdrawing cookie consent does not affect the lawfulness of any prior processing.
